MARS SURFACE RETARDER is a water based liquid surface retarder for producing exposed aggregate concrete finishes. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions. MARS SURFACE RETARDER is a chemical formulations which retard, but do not "kill" the set of the mortar at the surface of concrete.
